k... i am sad...:( my mum,dad,2 brothers went to malaysia for a church family camp... i wish i did not have gym so that i could go too... sad... sad... sad.. and my training ia getting worse and worse... i dont dare to do anything now... might as well stop training...

hi! it is a sunday and tomorrow is the start of the school holidays!! ya!
i went to the cinema today to watch 'pirates of the caribbean, at world's end'... the effects were super good!! and the sound!! and the story line and the whole movie!! but the only problem with it is that it is a little bit sick.. they kissed a few times... but luckily they did not kiss for so long! yup.
Actually, joey invited me for the movie 'cos her father had already bought the tickets for the show and he also gave alot of the tickets to his clients so he new alot of people in the cinema..haha.. we went to the great world city to watch and it was the big, big kind of seats... i think that it is called 'gold class' or something like that... that is what it said on the popcorn... it is like... about... 16seats in one room, and the seats are arranged in 2's(side by side). so, every 2 tables, there will be a table in front of it, so cool right! the seats are very big, , like a huge massage chair and it is ajustable... it can move back and forword so you can almost lie down... during the movie, people will come with the menu and show you it(it even has a small lamp on the menu).. then you order your food and they will bring it to you... i had a ben and jerry ice-cream and i shared a pop corn with joey. yup...and there was also a blanket there, on every seat, for you to cover yourself if you are cold...
it is not the first time i have gone sctually... joey also invited me to watch'superman' the last time. haha.. okay... bye for now

hi!!! i just came back from my sec 2 adventure camp in malaysia... i am very tired! ans sleepy too! i went on monday and came back today... the camp place was really dirty and a litlle smelly. the toilets were totally gross! they were like... a hole in the ground and it was super samll. there was no flush and we had to put water in a bucket/ pail to try and flush nyour things down... we had to use the pail and the tap to shower too.. so sick la! haha, but i was even sicker and i did not wash my hair for the whole camp. haha. i noe that i am so sick...but suprisingly, my hair is still in very good condition... it does not stink and it is quite smooth.yup.we gad to sleep on a higher ground of floor ther. the food was okay and we ahd to wash our own dishes and stuff. some sick people did not clean their stuff properly and when we had to use it for the next mal, it was so sick!!! another problem was that there were loads of insects!!!! when we ate, there were a whole colony of lies around and they kept trying to go on our food(they did manage too)okay... and worse of all, i want to go and rest now but my mum suggested for me to go for traing to do condidtioning! but, i am so tired!!! dont know what to do???? bye

haha...i have not been writing for some time already... dont have much to write though. i am going for camp on monday- thursday. hopefully it is an enjoyable one... they said that there will be leeches there... sad,... hope that they do not bite me!yup.. i am at home now cos i am sick( fever) and cough and cold, so i skiped gym.k... that is all...bye!

i did not go for gym on friday 'cos i was sick... after i woke up(in the afternoon, after school), nazyra SMSed my. she said that she was going home. 'cos it was during gym hours, i SMSed back and asked her if she had been kicked out. she said no... she had sprained her ankle, and asked me to call her. so, i called...(the call went sonmthing like this...)
me: hello
nazyra: hello
me: so?? how did you sprain your ankle?
nazyra: i was doing switch ring on the high beam and i fell and landed in a spained ankle position in the hole betwwen the two mats below the beam... it hurts!!(sob, sob) 'Cos zhao was talking to yuan at that time so when he saw me on the floor,sitting down and crying, he asked me' nazyra, ni ga ma?(in english it means'what are you doing')so i told him that i sprained my ankle... yuan asked me to get up. i tried to move get up and it REALLY hurt 'cos my foot was in a funny position. Every time i tried to move my foot into another position so i could stand up, it went 'crack' and it would stay at a funny position and evey time it cracked, it was extremly painful.(sob,sob) zhan asked me to try and walk and if i could not, then go hoem and see the doctor. i limped like crazy an went to ice my leg...
yup... so she went to the doctor at SSC the next day and he said that it was quite bad and asked her to take an x-ray(btw, she did not go training on that day).She went to take the x-ray and return to the doctor.. the x-ray people said int he report that it was okay... but the doctor said that it looked funny..he still thought that it was a fracture... that was on saturday... she is at SSC now comparing her old x-ray(1 that she took some time ago) and the one that she took on saturday to see if it is a fracture... anyway, she ia on crutches for 42 days 'cos she can't walk.
that is all... i gotta go training now... bye!

haha. we had no training today cos it is labour day! but... staying at home is really quite boring. i did my work in the mornig, on the com in the afternoon, and i have tuition at night. sigh... anyway, i am going fot the camp instead of the cometition. anyway, the camp is kindof compulsory. oh... and sorry i have no links cos i am having trouble putting it in.yup.k... that is about all i feel like writing now.k bye.
